Philips Respironics CPAP Users: Our CPAP repair service tests Remstar, M Series, and System One CPAP and BiPAP machines with Respironics proprietary software to ensure they are meeting or exceeding the manufacturers specifications. Some companies will check just the pressure with a manometer. We go the extra step and check the flow and calibrate the machine. This ensures that the CPAP or BiPAP is blowing both the correct pressure and volume. Our Factory Trained and Authorized Technicians will have your CPAP repair completed in no time and at a great price.
ResMed CPAP users: We are currently unable to obtain parts from ResMed. If your ResMed CPAP or BiPAP machine requires parts to repair it, we will need to send it to ResMed for an estimate. The typical turn around time for ResMed is about 4 weeks. There will be a $10 shipping charge for this service.
Fisher & Paykel CPAP Users: Fisher & Paykel does not sell parts for their CPAP machines. They have a 2 year warranty. If the machine is still under warranty, they will replace it. If it is out of warranty, but less than 5 years old, they may offer a trade-in credit towards the purchase of a new CPAP. See your Home Care dealer for more information if you have a Fisher & Paykel unit.

You will receive an email confirmation that will include our contact information and address to send the cpap machine. In addition, you are able to generate and print a FREE pre-paid FedEx shipping label to send us your equipment. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
Once we receive your CPAP or BiPAP machine, we will log it in our tracking system. It is then evaluated by one of our factory trained service technicians. We will contact you with a no cost repair estimate based on our evaluation. Estimates are typically provided within 3 business days of receipt. If approved, we will complete the repair and then contact you for payment. This usually takes 1-2 business days. If the repair estimate is declined, then we will collect payment for the return shipping and return the machine.
